A poem dedicated to all those who once lived in Glenville or passed from this life

Those old friends we know with pride,
Now gone from the river Bride.
No longer on the bridges lean,
No more on earth will they be seen.
Yet life is not all sigh and moan
Or virtue to lay down amd groan
Then let us live our April day
And leave unto God the May,
So I'll go to you and I'll go there soon
And we'll meet in Glenville or in Coome
And then together you and me,

We walk once more in reality...
